At TRF we understand the complexities of human relationships and the workplace and the critical role staff play in business success. We also recognize that recruiting great people for start ups and small business could be difficult. This is however our specialty! We specialize in finding the right people for our clients. Beyond finding the right people, we work with our clients to set up tailored performance structures using global best practices that will ensure their profitability and sustainability.

We provide placement services from our pool of trained graduates through our Graduate Development Program (GDP). We believe in matching skills, passion and knowledge of the prospective employee with the desired attributes of the advertised role. We also provide fact-finding services, health checks and on-the-job training for new hires.

Talent Development and Placement

Organizations need people who have the skills for the job, are teachable, have the right mindsets and are hard working. We discovered that many people with the right mindsets are teachable and hardworking have not developed their skills and are yet to position themselves for the jobs. This gap led to our creation of The Graduate Development Program (GDP) which is an intensive work preparation program for unemployed graduates.

Beyond the GDP, we also have a Graduate Hub where we share information about job openings, provide trainings and help unemployed graduates position themselves for jobs.
